People are being advised not to travel into London after a series of explosions across the English capital.
There is massive disruption after the blasts which have shut the entire underground network and closed roads.

At least one bus has been seriously damaged in a reported bomb blast in Tavistock Square, central London. There have been reports of two others.

Home Secretary Charles Clarke advised people not to make "unnecessary journeys" in London.

Mainline London to Scotland train company GNER said it did not expect its East Coast Main Line services to run as far as London at any time on Thursday.

Commuter Gerard Bithell's train was diverted from Moorgate to King's Cross and said travellers were told there had been a crash involving Tube trains.

"The area is solid with people and I have seen many commuters with blackened faces just walking around looking stunned," said Mr Bithell.

Pavements are packed solid with stunned commuters at King's Cross.
