    Relationship Over. Getting Her to Leave. Help

    OK. I have been with this woman for almost five years. She moved in 3 days after our first date. I am now 47, she is 50. I fucked up big time, and deserve some shit for it.

    It has gone bad. It went bad a long time ago. I used to travel a lot, so it was easier to go with the flow. But I am no longer boarding the planes, and I finally engineered the split which she resisted because she is too old to start again. Or so I thought.. She says she will not leave until she has enough to buy a place where she can live and do her pro-domme bdsm thing and rent out part to a border. If I write a cheque for 35,000 her ass is gone.

    She has seen a lawyer and knows her legal claim is zero. But she feels that she deserves a shit load for making my life miserable for a long time. OK, that is me venting and she has her side as well.

    But I need her ass out. I don?t want to line the pockets of a lawyer if I can avoid it. And my big concern is her nuking my stuff which a lawyer could not prevent. I have a life to lead, a main job to do, and a porn biz to do.

    She has been gone on a holiday for two weeks and life was golden. She returned today and life is hell. She wants to keep sleeping in the same bed. I want her ass out, at least to the other bedroom. She went to bed, and locked the bedroom door. I went and added some things to her hosts file. But I am major not proud of that.

    I just want this to end. I have owned my condo for 17 years, and want my home back, on my own.

    I need help on how to make that happen. How do I get her out.

    If there are a couple of babes in Toronto who will exchange a year of room and board for a minor war experience, I want to talk to you about moving in to the spare room!

                                  My personal opinion is if she wants money to leave & you have it readily available - then get a lawyer to be part of this exchange & agreement and it's the end of the story. By waiting & by living seperate lives in the same house you'll just be driving eachother crazy & acting like miserable fools in order to spite the other. Not worth the emotional burden. Give her money & try to keep it civil.

                                                      Did you put anything in writting?


                                                      If the answer is no to all of that then it is time to call the police and tell them you have a guest who you refuses to leave and you wish to prevent an argument. It is your word against hers on weither you even had a relationship (crossed into common law marriage a while back) or if you just allowed the woman to stay with you as a friend. The less paperwork her name is on the easier it will be for you. If you took care of the woman for all these years then she should be happy you did so, it is up tp you as a person to give her a parting gift, I think the price she has asked is a bit high, maybe 2 or so to move all her stuff and pay a month or so of the rent.

                                                      If she was so worried about being on her own and having to start over then maybe she should find a way to peacefully co-exist with you and make you happy. I do not know why you did not just change the locks and put all her stuff in storage while she was gone. Life is to short for that kinda shit and you seem to be in at an age where all the bs should be over and you should be enjoying your maturity in peace and quiet!

                                                          All you need to do is just start being a major pain in the ass, and I mean major. Do everything you can to make life miserable. Shut the phone and cable off, keep the place cold as hell, or hot as hell. Super glue the thermostat to the hottest or coldest position. Sell the fucking TV. Make it so the washer and dryer don't work. Turn the hot water off so she cant take a shower. Bring hookers to the house and fuck them in your bed when she's there. Play loud music at 3AM. You get the idea. And when she starts bringing up she wants money to move tell her you've already talked to a lawyer and he thinks you have grounds to have her commited.

                                                          If that shit doesnt work call the cops and tell her she hit you and when she's in jail move all her shit out.

                                                                          That won't work. The police will tell him if she has her stuff there then she legally has the right to be there and he will need to evict her.

                                                                              True it would have been easier if this was a not a private home and simply an apartment or rental property where you can simply show she is not legally able to stay there.

                                                                              Perhaps he can have all her belongings catagorized and removed from the home and put into storage while she is not there one afternoon. She can not even prove she owned any of it in court unless she has receipts for it or he admits she had it, even then the judge can only speculate as to the depreciated worth of the items, this is in the case of a fraudulent claim.

                                                                              Seems like eviction may be the only thing you can do, remember it has to be put in her hand by a sherrif's officer or an officer of the court, this is really easy if you are there and open the door and let the officer in because they can not enter unless someone answers the door or there is just cause to enter the home for other reasons, file now because it takes no less than 30 days for all of that to go into effect.

I have been there, done that. She gets 50% of everything you have and there isn't a damn thing you can do about it. I don't know how much you are worth..but if buying her a place to do her thing would be less than 50% of what you are worth....get a lawyer..strike a deal....she gets a place and signs off on any claim to your assets. If you think owning the condo before you met her means you get to keep it...think again. I owned my home prior and he managed to get a court order forcing me to put my house on the market so he could get his 50% out even though I had kids and no place else to go...he even managed to have it so that there was a 30 day closing. My home sold about an hour after it was on the market..I had 30 days to find a new place to live and no money to do so.

Especially, if you are a nice guy. Bad guys would have no problem throwing her out, an evil bastard would go to the police and file for a restraining order against her ass, and have the police come and tell her she has 15 minutes to grab what she can and get out. That way she can't come back around you without getting thrown in jail, and if she does, just keep reporting it, so when you have enough, call the police to take her away for aggravated stalking, which is 15 years in jail in Florida. Problem solved.
