how much does the average 'pure' sigwhore make in a month?

assuming he/she is intelligent, yet has absolutely nothing to do with the industry (in other words, a 'pure' sigwhore)? will a sigwhore speak out and let us know the real numbers?

my brother is doing his Masters in History starting this September, we joked about him becoming a sigwhore to supplement his meager income the other night

its not that bad when you think that the buyer is really taking the risk for uncontrolled quality.

I'd say they make $50-$500 depending on the factors.

Not bad for a small button

if that is all you did, and you hit up at least 4-5 boards, you could make $1000-1500 easily...and that is the low end

I am not even trying this month really with lensmans thing and I am already at about $240

and take into consideration that other boards pay you to post, and also pay you to fly their sig...there is another nice chunk of change

I think the realistic range for an unknown sigwhore who didn't use a postbot and had a life to live as well would be $500-$700 a month.

Pay per post is a good concept, however the quality of the posts and just plain pointless posts come up in abundance from some.

I'd hate to invest in payper post and watch the person toss up shit replies and smilies.

there are rules to the pay per post thing...the responses have to be a certain length, and no bulk posting

i don't know really...i never have added it up....the boards are always on the desktop....i post in between work stuff mainly...like between this and my last post I approved 400 fhg's for my tgp...now they are autothumbing

if it wasn't for automated scripts I would spend way less on the boards...rofl

My question is, how much should I charge so I am not getting ripped off, Im just looking for a fair estimate.. I plan to spend alot of time posting for him... quality posting.

If the person is intelligent and working for the long term, I'd say about $2000-$5000. It depends on personality though... stuff like a sense of humor would greatly add to income

The factor is who will invest in your sig and how much you can post. Pay per post it the route to go. Unless you get a nice chunk that only takes your image spot and leaves you with text lines to sell off.

You should be able to make $10/hr without trying hard and without having any reputation or experience.... more if you are good...

But that's kinda stupid, since submitting galleries will make you double that... but there are some skills and investments needed...
