Speaking of your new solution:
1. it does not accept MC , that's 30-40% of the business and
2. costs enduser extra $10 per rebill, see email below.

Unless your post begins with ?the pastdue amounts have been just forwarded to webmasters? there is hardly any other reason to justify an Ibill posting.
