    Went to Systema Martial Arts class

    Well last night was my first night at a systema class. Switching from Aikido. I have done other Martial Arts but this was a lot of fun. I focused a lot on the basics but could already tell in a real life situation this will be much more effective =)

    Can't wait till the next class. I am also getting my wife to go. Which will be awesome!

      How old are you? I'm afraid I will get beaten up by a 9 year old kid when I will go to a Martial Arts school

          Yes, you have to watch out for those 9 year old black belts..

          Don't think that will happen in Systema though... It is not your traditional martial arts....

              Sounds interesting - I did TaeKwonDo for years and then switched to Aikido for a long time and haven't done anything at all for about 5 years now. I'm looking to get back into *something*... I miss it.

                          Ya i'm kick boxing 4 20 years now. Great why to stay in shape.
