As a Canadian, I have no problem with the picture that I saw, although if the text was changed, I didn't see the original. So, I won't comment on that.
That's the problem with our world, people can laugh at others' expense, but find it really hard to laugh at themselves.
As for the bombing itself. Very unfortunate accident. That's how I see it. An accident. Things happen in war all the time. This was one of them. However, my view might have been different if it was my son, brother or husband who was killed.
The only thing I take exception to is Labret's comment about propping up the Canadian dollar. I believe your economy is struggling while ours is holding it's own. Of course, what I'm REALLY pissed about is the cheques I keep getting in US funds are worth less up here than they were before.
