Dijon mustard with sandwiches, sauces, marinades, or salad dressings
Sweet mustard with sausages
Ketchup with fries
mayo (flavored) with fries as well
mayo plain, in dressings, mixed in with salads, etc
homemade aļoli, good with steak and fish.
every of them has their place and I can't make a choice which I like most.
I think dijon mustard is the one I use the most.
