Paypal asked if I knew of these payments trying to be made to my paypal account and asked if I knew who the person was. I sais I knew James and and that he should be sending payment. All I know is that he tried more then a few times to send my payment but it did not go through for what ever reason and that is why paypal called me. It shouldn't be some people it should be all people and not just friends and people that live close by. I dont think there's anyone that wouldn't be willing to work with him if he would just be honest about the sutuation and make an effort to resolve.
