That's not entirely accurate. my brother owns the mp5k - which is actually the sp-89. He has
a legal supressor on it - which he was able to put on it with a $200 tax stamp - plus a lot of paper work. He does [b]not have his FFL![b
However if he wanted to sell it now, he would have to transfer it to a person with their FFL or out of the state to a Class III Dealer.
