Being that today is July 4th and Dave spent several years in the military, I think its safe to say you won't be getting your apology today. Probably not tomorrow either, or the day after, or the day after that.
Why exactly will the FBI and DOJ care about this alleged situation? Defamation? The DOJ is battling with Dave on much larger issues, do you really think they'll care about your "possible" loss of income and hurt ego?
