If you had a check bounced, it could be for a lot of reasons not only because they are broke. Even it could mean that exactly at the minute the check was tried to cash, they had not enought money on THAT BANK AND ACOUNT that doesn't mean they don't have any money on OTHER BANKS OR ACOUNTS OR EVEN UNDER THEIR BED. I manage some acounts for my bussines too and sometimes you have lots of money one some and zero on the others, i could accept that it's big mistake to have zero on the acount from where you send the checks, but it can happend if that day they were not paying enought atention, error by them, but not enought to justify you saying that they are broke. Also i really hope that you can prove that or you could have legal problems for saying shit about a company without proofs. I say it again, that a company doesn't have money in a given acount (if that was the case), it doesn't mean they are broke.
I have done bussines with Mark in the past with some thousands $$ in betwen and never had any problem with him, also I really doubt that they are broke as i have privately seen their incoming projects and all them cost good money and will make way more.
