    Florida trip has been cancelled

    I won't be there.

    It's not because of the weather, but while out running errands Tuesday my car's brakes went completely out....I took the car to pepboys and after a day and a half they said they could not find anything wrong with the car...but I will not leave a potential death trap for my family so I'm putting it in the shop at the Ford house anyway...I guess it's all good...when I called travelocity to cancel they said they were getting all kinds of cancellations in and out of Florida and that flights were being delayed etc...good thing we got the travel insurance

          Doesn't surprise me, Pepboys SUCKS. They fucked up an oil change on my car like you wouldn't believe. Trained monkeys could have done it better.

              thats horrible man yea pep boys sucks your best bet is to always take it back to the dealer that way whatever they fuck up they'll fix

                                      you couldn't have just rented them a car for the weekend? but I will agree the weather is an issue. I'm looking at driving down there and I really don't want to be driving several hours through a storm..

                                          Actually I am...but I have a bigger trip planned either the 20th or past so I figured that one was more important.

                                                      PEPBOYS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE PLACE IN THE WORLD!!!

                                                      Took jeep in to get oil change and I had something rattling underneath, left there to pick up later.

                                                      Came back, and jeep sat in same parking spot near the front door (remind you, place was very busy, ceretainly if they moved jeep inside, that "valuable" parking spot would not be there)

                                                      They never touched the vehicle and demanded i pay them.

                                                      Ill never go to Pepboys EVER again. There are too many other places to take your business!!

                                                          yep they crossed threaded my oil drain plug. I noticed a small drip, so I got under my pick-up and it was the drain plug, fucked up. had 2 get a new oil pan
