      Counting from the beginning of this year: $22.42 (average rebill 0.54).

      Counting from 2001: $40.58 (average rebill 1.44)

      This is from a mixed set of both AVS and TGP sites, I've been signing up to a lot of new sponsors this year and some of them just didn't work.
