you tell the cop you want a blood test, & your feeling faint, you want the Ambulance

legally they have to bring an ambulance if you ask for one....so while it may seem weird at the moment, eat the $500 ride, & possibly get out of the charge

alot of cops will get fed up with the wait time & leave......by the time they take you it could be an hour later

thats 1-2 drinks worth of alchohol processed

My son's BAL was .17 - blood test taken approx 1 week after he died (which I hear doesn't change it that much as your body is no longer processing the alcohol when you die). I was just wondering what this compared to against a breathalyzer - same?
