    Signed papers today for my first house!

    I got the price down to $120,000 USD from $126,400. Property is 210.93 m² with the actual construction being 190.4 m² of that.

    Although pretty much everything in Costa Rica these days is a great investment, I think this one has great potential for the following reasons:

    - It's already evaluated at approx $151,000 by multiple banks
    - It's in a brand new project
    - It's in a recently developing area

    Here are some pics, what do you guys think?

      Would I get killed or kidnapped if I moved there?
      Looks like a great place. How much is something with an ocean view somewhat close to the beach, nice area and about 3000 sqft

              $120,000 wouldn't buy a townhouse like that in Florida, more like $300,000.

                                                                  Wow, that's a nice house for a very good price. I want to buy a house within 5 minutes walking distance from the beach in Socal and that's going to be at least 500k and up, most likely a lot up. I'll be saving for a long time!

                                                                                      It's becoming more and more expensive, as more foreigners are moving here...I know someone who bought land here for about $150/sq. m who has had offers to sell now for $500/sq. m (only 3 years since he bought it). He's holding it as price should push up even more still....

                                                                                      This is a similar situation, the area I bought it in is only just really starting to construct and build
