I got the price down to $120,000 USD from $126,400. Property is 210.93 mē with the actual construction being 190.4 mē of that.
Although pretty much everything in Costa Rica these days is a great investment, I think this one has great potential for the following reasons:
- It's already evaluated at approx $151,000 by multiple banks
- It's in a brand new project
- It's in a recently developing area
