    I am hiring a Photographer, what contract should one have?

    I am looking at hiring a guy to shoot a model thats out of my area and wan to make sure all legal rights to the images are exclsuively ours...

    Is there any contracts online available geared for something like this... or if someone has one, I could get a copy of?

      make sure it has both the model as well as the shooter turn over any and all copyrights.

          You need a "work for hire" agreement. search for that and you should find something
