Why is it I can leave my house at 7 AM and get somewhere in heavy traffic at 9 AM, but if I wait until 8 AM with less traffic, I can get there at 9 too. Would I actually be passing myself up?

the city does that on purpose.. to increase wear and tear ... causing you to purchase more repairs..tires .. or fuel..

as for ROI

all of the above can perform well. You will have to test a bit at a time .. Overall SE traffic ( targeted keyword) along with a site that ACTUALLY has the content that they say they do will give you the best ROI.
Traffic trades were the way to go when mailing was strong, but its much harder to get good mail out.

The best advice I have is to make friends with people that are willing to make trades with you.

Link lists... banner trades ... Buy traffic ( feeder traffic ) Top lists

get listed in search engines. Since its a new niche it would not take long to get listed.

how do i run a promotion for qualified webmasters to test out my new program, send some traffic to test, and give feedback on how the site converts and what to change to make it better. is this a monetary thing. should i offer $ to a big paysite owner to send traffic to test our program? how would you do it?

there are many places you can do press releases for free ....
I would send out a press release, set up a contest of sorts to give away something for webmasters to review your sites ( you can post this contest on different webmaster boards), and find a sponsor that does webmaster mailings and buy a couple of spots.

Pick Your Target Keywords

How to master conversions?
Some people brag about converting at 1:80, other convert always at 1:500.

Let's say i get 400 SE uniques daily looking for "hot girls" to a particular site.
Should i make 15 sales monthly from that site or should i be able to master it and make like 2 sales daily from that SE traffic ?

How do you know how many uniques you are getting ? you must have some sort of stats ?
Base your conversions on Total dollars earned off your stats. (server for example)
You should be able to manage at least 2 joins per day on good SE traffic.

400 uniques daily looking for hot girls ( yes, i mean 400 uniques and not 100 or 1000 )....But i don't think people looking for "hot girls" or can be called "good SE traffic"...IMO it's quite general.

Multiply that by 3 and you will get the number of Google Searches

alright here is a question for you:

When you are running multiple sites that are general porn sites (i.e. not niche specific) and you need to figure a good exit strategy with the traffic you are getting without making a page for each site specific exit ... teen, mega blah blah... how do you pick the sponsor and that will be able to convert the traffic best.

here is another one:
if you are running say 20K uniques a day out that only converts at about 1:3000 on average when is it a good idea to involve a pay-per-click sponsor into the mix to make up the difference and what is an acceptable ratio CPM that you would look for from the traffic..

not that i do not know these answers myself but i figure i will make you do a little work to type the answers ...
