    I sent in my fax last Friday and have yet to get any type of receipt or conformation. Anyway of checking up on this?

                                      I got a email confirm saying it went through, but nothing else after that. They said they would send more info in 10-14 days or something like that.

                                          I joined last Friday via CCBill. Sent an email to CCBill and a FSC support email on Sunday because there was no transaction posted to my card. FSC said everything was fine. CCBill showed the account as active. My card didn't get dinged until this Tuesday.
