well all seems to be okay now

it actually looks like one of our mail servers was rejecting his messages and apparently his icq had crashed so my messages werent getting through to him either

i have just received a zip file with all the complted work in it and he even sent me a screengrab of the server directory to prove the date he uploaded the zip and it was over 2 months ago

guess there is something to be said for not going all out immediately and slamming a company on gfy

oh and for the record..

i really would suggest that you never use adult outsourcing for design work.. their guys suck donkey cock

what's the whole big issue about draggin AOS in this fuckin thread? i don't care if you did used us before and was never satisfied. if you only got a Free trial work of service, what are you bragging about? The trial was absolutely free. wtf?

and for the record also... we can't remember that we are accepting 50% downpayment you are insane! why don't you just wake up from your lousy dream! plus for your info... you dreamer... we wouldn't allow our client especially the one who signed up already to wait for those freaken two months to be able to finished the project, if the guy has been on a long vacation we made sure that we do have someone to replace for that staff... can you understand it now? you slow learner???

Nothing personal because I really don't know either of you, but this statement would sum up any questions I had about you guys' "Free trial" program. It's that "we don't give a shit cause it was free" attitude that will ensure your demise. If you offer work on a "Free Trial" basis, it should be the same quality as something you were payed highly for. Statements like this make you guys look real tiny in the sea of things but I digress...

i respect your statement but i beg to disagree with the "we don't give a shit cause it was free" attitude.

we prepare our staffs a weeks before they are even deployed to any client. We do treat every client with care and pay attention to every detail of the order. If you feel unhappy of the work done, then are free to cancel your order without any single charge, no question asked. Also, days before deployment, we send actual portfolios of the staff to be approved by the client before we send the guy. At this point, you may opt for a replacement if your not happy with his designs.

Our staffs are not fly by night people, they are really supervised the entire shift with a dedicated Project Leader assigned to make sure thie output of work is achieved with the best quality.

again, im very willing to correct any issues here against AOS.

SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

This was where my post was referencing. What kind of an attitude is that? I know personally, I am VERY upset when I don't please a customer. Infact you can ask anyone, I will redo the work until I make the customer smile. I guess that's just force of habit. I am not satisfied with myself until my customer is satisfied beyond a doubt. The attitude that came across in his post was one of "Well hey, what are you bitching for, it was free" Again, I am not questioning your staff. I am sure you are fully staffed with highly competent people, I was merely questioning the customer service.
