You'll always see a good influx of fresh blood in the ranks of designers. Some may keep selling their stuff just because thir prices are ridiculously low, but if you look at many of their creations you can tell they don't know jack shit about selling. In fact, in the cases of many the only reason why they do sell their designs to others is because they can't make two red cents on their own.
Sure, hire a paysite designer just because *you* think his stuff looks good and he works cheaply. One month later you'll probably end up shitcanning that very design, because conversions will be pure shit. Buying an *expensive* design that converts at 1:500 is a lot cheaper than buying a cheap one that ends up converting at 1:1500.
