Lady Bathory is indeed one of the most vicious I can imagine. But I don't call Bush a serial killer. He's not got enough balls to do the killing himself.

Matter of fact, anyone not doing the killing himself, (or herself as the case may be), does not qualify.

Mass murdering fuckheads? yes. Serial killers? no.
