    DutchTeenCash why the fuck do you pull that shit on me?

    Because I didn't get a reply to my e-mail to them I feel the need to post it here.

    So what happened?

    Last week I registered with them because I wanted to promote them on a new teen site.

    They site wasn't ready yet so they sent me an e-mail asking if the site will be 18+ and 2257 compliant.

    I answered them yesterday that the site is ready you can look at it, it's 18+ but not 2257 compliant as far as I know (no hardcore but nudity) and I asked them too if it's neccecary because they are outside the US and I'm outside the US too and the law hasn't even passed yet.Shortly after that I got 2 nice mails:

    Sir,

    your account has been disabled and blocked from ccbill, since it is not
    compliant.

    Fraud?What the fuck?Is that a standart CCBill deleted mail?!

    I was really pissed because of their behaviour and because everything was merged under that account.

    So I wrote them a normal mail asking why they're doing stuff like that.But I didn't get any reply.

    never had anything to do with fraud.You just could have told me that I
    have to be compliant otherwise I won't be able to promote you anymore.

              i am not a sheep by any means...my statement was more geared to the enormous amount of sponsors out there....and if 1 doesn't want your teen traffic, there are 30 other reputable ones that will take it....

              sponsors are a dime a dozen, and if one doesn't want you, fuck it...move on to one of the other 3000 of them

                      I think you might find that what you have there is an indication that if a paysite bills through CCBill it won't matter where you or the paysite are in the world - CCBill will expect you to be 2257 compliant.

                              well well thank you for bringing this to my attention, let me get some facts straight :

                              - every aff signup is checked for both 18+ and 2257, we care who promotes us

                              - http://www.dutchteencash.com/refsignup.html clearly says we do not accept not working sites, yours wasnt working, just an empty page

                              - ccbill admin has just a few possibilities, click inactivity and fraud are the most common, we have to make a note to ccbill why we dont want an affiliate

                              this is what you wrote :

                                                              Ummmm Im sorry, but the law has not passed yet and wont till around the 23rd of Aug. Even then there is a 30 day period for discussion in where the law can be modified. I have looked over his site and he is fully compiant (using sponsors the have the proper 2257 info listed on there sites). I am seeing no reason what so ever for the deleting of his account. Based on his site I am seeing right this minute, he is well within the current law.

                                                              All the sites he is promoting are legal and are very much covered by the current 2257 regs. When the new 2257 laws do go into effect... it will be up to the sponsor to make sure these tgp guys are fully compliant by supply them with compiant content.... not the other way around.


                                                              Maybe Im lost here, but I dont think so.
                                                              SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

The guy asks a regular question, and is confused himself, and YOU are there to help him out, not kick him out of the program for false accusations (mildly put, accusing someone for pedling CP when he's not is,uhm, kinda harsh to say the least).

                                                                                                                                                                          The page that the banner appears on is a gallery, and 3 of the images are of one of your models holding up a sign saying "Sharon loves <domain_name_the_gallery_is_on>"

                                                                                                                                                                          This seems to suggest pretty clearly that DTA is aware of this site, and that it is using that banner... the one talking about 16 and 17 year olds being on DTA!

                                                                                                                                                                          The file date of the banner is April 21st, 2003. I copied it to my server so it would be preserved if someone managed to change it.
