    Last 2257/DOJ Question EVER.

    There's this guy in the UK who owns a bunch of TGPS and he's looking for someone to run and maintain his little empire for him so he can sit on his ass and collect 25%. That's kinda fair, right?


    Here's the breakdown:

    All sites are hosted in UK. They are NOT 2257 compliant.
    All domains were registered with yahoo by his designer who is a US citizen, who used his US Visa card.
    The addresses on the registrars are in the UK owners name.
    Now his US designer is running every aspect of the site from maintinence to accounting.
    The owner pays him 75% of all profits monthly via Epassporte.


    Is there anything illegal with this set up?
