LOL, looks like the 4free email sites are slowly building a database of worthless emails.
now with the rise of SP2 blocking popups, we'll probably see many more programs lowering payouts (like FEB) or shutting down.
There's a way to prevent email fraud as perpetrated by FTP operators... the only question is... are Programs willing to try it?

The standards should be
1) Redirect foreign traffic (non UK, non US, non AU, non CAN, non EU)
2) Use proxy detection system
3) Use cookie redundancy tracking
