This is mexico, and things are really different here. They hired a guy to go to the houses, and deliver the new phone books. These things are in short supply, and not very easy to find, so when I heard him knocking on the neighbors door, I ran out. He handed me the books, and in Spanish ( of course ) said. a tip would be appreciated!
Man they have no problem asking. The sad thing is, that he is probably only making 5$ a day from the phone company. that is mininum wage here.
