First off, ignore the idiots who tell you she's cheating. Women don't lost interest after they cheat, they cheat after they lose interest. And if you are still communicating with her (as it sounds like you are) that's probably not an issue.
Anti-depressants can wreak havoc on your sex life. If possible, both of you go to her doctor together and discuss the possibility that's the problem.
If she's had a weight gain or loss - no matter how minor it may seem to you, and no matter what you say to her - it may leave her feeling unnatractive. You're a gem to love her no matter what her weight; it doesn't change how she feels about herself.
She may just be tired or simply in a funk. It happens. It may pass on its own, or it may take work on the part of both of you. In that case it depends on what you both are willing to put into it.
But don't for one second assume that she isn't into you, or that she's doing someone else. That's just stupid. It's when she wants to do you every five seconds that you need to wonder if she's getting some on the side.
