    Internext Exhibitors Are You Getting Internet Access For Your Booth?

    According to the information we have here, it's $750 US for an internet connection at our booth for 3 days.

    Am I the only one that thinks that amount is a little obscene to charge for Internet Access for 3 days. Breaks down to being $250 a day!!

    Is anyone bringing a wireless router? If so give me a shout, I will pay for part of your connection if we can share.

                                          Actually, that's a great idea if broken down amount multiple booths.
                                          Not like you're doing anything amazingly special, to jack up their bandwidth bill or anything of the sort.

                                                                                  That is Fucking Crazy , I called the reservations , and the idiot told me there was no high speed in the rooms, she said there was a business centre where I could have access from. So I booked elsewhere. I did find it strange that a recent hotel as the Westin would not have it ??

                                                                                      You gotta have internet at your booth, if you can't demonstrate to potential clients your clients sites and where your ads will go, you can lose them just as fast as you met them. It's a ripoff, but its AVN's style. That $250/day doesn't even cover a full day, it's only between show hours and they'll cut you off as soon as it turns 5pm. Great huh.

                                                                                          Dude, I'd phone back (I'm a cockknocker that way though) and tell them that they lost a reservation because their staff doesn't know their own accomodations.

                                                                                          Oh, talk to someone other than the 1-800 number. Call direct and ask for the reservations supervisor.

                                                                                          Ask them if they're using Florida inmates to take reservations.

                                                                                          Not only will you get a room, but probably a nice discount too
