Steve thats awesome news! One question though, what is the purpose of the "Per Click" values? It has various amounts under each site but in the Total it shows around 1$.

We are more worried about getting the systems online than placing blame right now. If one of my programmers fucked up, it's news to me. According to Natnet, it may have been a size/overflow problem with the old database. There are tons of things that can cause a corrupted database -- we haven't determine the original problem yet, we are just lucky that Lightspeed4 is there to save the day!Originally posted by Global Dialers

I noticed my "Pay per signup stats" are showing the 60% figure and not the $30 and $35 they should. Is this being worked on or should I report it to someone?Comment

I don't think anybody is gonna be mad at you for couple clicks ... As long as sales are trackedOriginally posted by Lightspeed
Ok
THE GOOD NEWS:
(besides saving a ton of money on my car insurance by switching to Geico...)
LIGHTSPEED4 is online! Our all new backend system, written from the ground up, is finally here! With a ton of new features, including SE friendly linking codes, campaign tracking, multiple tour options, rewards program, and much more, Lightspeed4 is going to take us and our affiliates to the next level!
Your existing linking codes will still work, but to take advantage of the new tracking options, you'll need to update your links. This system has been in development for nearly a year, and we are very pleased with it! Check it out!
NOW THE BAD NEWS:
We appear to have been attacked/hacked early this morning, our lightspeed3 database was damaged and our click logs have been completely deleted.
Since LS4 was running along side the old system, ALL SALES HAVE BEEN TRACKED and CREDITED TO AFFILIATES, NO MONEY IS LOST. However, it does not look like we'll be able to recover clicks since August 5. Because of the damage to our old database, we are cutting over to LS4 today. And even though we planned to release the new system at Internext, today there are some new auxiliary features that aren't completely ready (like the reward store). We will be working night and day to get the new systems completed as soon as possible.
Thank you all for your understanding and continued support of Lightspeedcash!

A week ago I received a weird email to my Lightspeed webmaster email. At first I thought it was spam, but I couldn't decide for sure. It was regarding "USBank" and telling me some mess about them suspecting my account had been accessed by an unauthorized third party.
I don't know who USBank is, so I'm assuming it was indeed spam. Does this sound familiar or do you know anything about this? I got it on 7/31. It may be unrelated to anything you're talking about, but I thought I'd mention it.War National Damn Champions EagleComment

That is the first I've heard of this --- I have heard rumors that our webmaster database was compromised ---- that is another reason I suspect we got hacked today. We don't sell, trade, or give out our email lists, and we never spam our own affiliates, what would be the point?

Okay, thanks to everybody on the email info. It sounded like typical spam, but the thing that confused me a little bit was the fact that it's the *only* thing I've received, other than real Lightspeed stuff. If a spammer got the addy, it would seem like I'd be getting lots of other spam. It was just the one email.
I should have looked closer and I would have noticed they listed a spoofed url. I didn't even pay attention when I got it or follow any links. They were trying to send me to:

If my programmers were at fault, I would admit it. I've been known to physically throw bad programmers out of my office and straight to the unemployment line. That is partly why we built Lightspeed4. We just didn't know that the old system was about to completely die on us, so we were forced to launch a few days earlier than expected.
