    I woke up this morning with a headache.

    I think i got it by the way i slept, even though i didnt get a lot of sleep.

                              I wake up every morning at 5:30am with a migraine.
                              Have to take Zomig every second day to get rid of it.
                              tANd Those damn Zomig pills are expensive, $99 for six, which is good for about 12 days or less.
                              so I feel for ya.

                                          Try not drinking any caffeine for a month and see if it goes away, it worked for me.
