promoting its use to infringe copyright ... is liable for the resulting acts of
infringement by third parties using the device, regardless of the
device's lawful uses," - Justice David Souter.
Who decides if the advertisement methods were intended to promote infringement of copyright?
Ok lets just keep passing laws until commercial uses of the internet are no longer open to the general public. And the only people who can make a buck are the walmarts.
