Reagan wasn't a cowboy. He might have rode horses for fun, but he knew exactly what he was doing. He was pushing all the right buttons, and caused the end of Mother Russia.
Remember the press conference he gave? Before it started he decided to test the microphones. He said "I introduced a new law in Congress just now and we've outlawed Russia. We begin bombing in five minutes".
