If you are lazy, here is what I recommend:

1) Start replacing bad foods with healthy ones

2) Drink lots more water and give up all soft drinks or similar (so only dirnk your beer or water)

3) Eat more fruits

Just that alone, without having to follow any kind of diet or exercising, will start losing you some weight.
