be careful when working out though. i worked out 5 days a week for nearly 3 months & GAINED 20 lbs (and im a female, so thats alot for me

) i gained way too much muscle. i didnt let my body rest in between workouts so i ended up gaining.
but i am alot healthier though. i eat alot of organic foods, i quit smoking, i dont eat fast food or drink soda, and im only online for about 4 hours a day (instead of 12 hours a day) and i'm also drinking alot of green tea.
