From a contrarian point of view, the longer oil is at elevated prices, the cheaper alternatives become. If this trend persists, you'll see oil superseded as the energy source of choice in developed economies.
funny thing is water costs more than gas here. gas is about $2.09 a gallon for regular but a gallon of water is about $2.69 ... i wonder if water was free back in the days
I just filled up my tank. Didn't look at the cost per gallon, didn't look at the final sale price. THE HIGHER THE GAS GOES THE MORE THE FUCKING IDIOTS WON'T BE ABLE TO AFFORD TO DRIVE!
