He was working with the bank manager at some point, but I think he was arrested during the movie or told Tony he couldn't wash it for him, right?

One of this biggest problems with drug biz is the amount of money. They get so damn much of it that it has spawned a whole side business of cleaning it. There is just to much money.

Maybe they were into the whole newly American thing and they were speaking English to get better at it?

Plus that movie wouldn't have been as sucessful if people had to read subtitles the whole time.
