            Exactly. Back when the Lance Armstrong ones started to take off I tried to figure out a way to make some money off of it. I had no luck in finding a company to invest in that would benefit from the madness. They are the mood rings of the 21st Century with the added effect of letting people show off that they are some how doing a good deed.

              I made a shitload of cash off of them on a local level. Some idiot started an office FW email (you know the type) regarding a rumor that she had heard from her sister as to the livestrong bracelets being discontinued. Since she spammed her guestbook, a few of them bounced, and I saw them in the postmaster box later.


              I then proceeded to go on the internet, buy in bulk, and sell smaller bulk quantities to people who were selling them far above cost after a panic started among local people.
