As you can see from the post above, I have operated online toy stores, 100+ domains adult domains, successful videostore rental chain, successful newsstand chain, and a few adult bookstores in my day. I started by selling 8MM films out of the trunk of a car.

I closed the websites when I felt there was a chance they might not be compliant with the existing 2257 Regs as I read them. I did not like the attitude of Ashcroft's DOJ and made a business decision to take them down until I was absolutely positive (110%) compliant. I hated to take them down; but, this is Texas and I am a realist. I hope that after the shit settles down I can bring them back again.

I am currently serving on the Adult Advisory Committee of the Video Software Dealers Association(VSDA); the Anti-Censorship Committee of the Periodical and Bookseller Association (PBAA) of America; the First Amendment Coalition of Texas (FACT); and the national board of the Free Speech Coaliton.

When the FSC wanted to hire a national lobbiest, I gave them $5,000 for his first month's pay and didn't blink. Not many people here have done more.
