I'm not a huge fan of "teen" sites that bill girls as younger than 18. 18, 19, 20 year old young women, especially ones that are without a lot of pretense, are adorable in their own right, any attempt to make them look younger is counterproductive in my opinion. Keep in mind, I am a 35 year old woman!
I think you do a fabulous job with Melissa. The site is well done, the colors are soft but not too soft - had you gone with the traditional pink it'd have been a bit much, the slight variation works well for me. I also appreciate that she does look normal, there is not an overdone look about her, she is certainly 'girl next door' in a good way.
I like the tour, the way you tie the various sites together is nice as well. You give a real sense of a network which would explain the professional look of the site. If in fact you didn't somehow give that impression and instead made it out to be a amateur model with her own personal site I'd disagree with the design.
In short, I like all aspects that I've seen. I think I will check out the other ones now!Comment
