    Another FSC question...

I have a website that I own with a buddy of mine, we are both personal members of FSC, do we need to join again for the website, or can it be covered because we are both already members? How do I make sure it is on the list. I'm sure they are wicked busy over there today, I don't want to bug them if I can find that answer here.
    Thanks.

The way I'm reading this is that we are supposed to submit a dba, so my name would be on the list and then so would www.ramostakesitupthebum.com because it was my site. Am I reading that properly? How do they want to receive the website names and when do they have to be submitted by?

When you call they just ask you to leave a message.. I was wondering the same thing.. Do I send them an email with like 1000 URL's on it?

The voice mail system says if you have any questions to visit the site. I don't see the answer on the site. I know they are overloaded enough at the call center as it is just getting everyone signed up. My hope was that by posting here I would find someone that already had the answer, or someone associated with the fsc would respond and tell all of us how to deal with this.

              ok found out..

If you (the company or the person) owns a domain just make sure your fsc signed up info is the person in control of those domains. They will be going off the whois information for the domains.

Ugh, that kind of sucks. I used my name to sign up and my domains are all under a corp name. This was before the decision, so I didn't realize it would make any difference.
So should I sign up again as the corp?

I just called the call center.
Obviously the people taking the orders have no idea.
The supervisor had me call the fsc direct, but their machine says that they can respond to any questions until next week, for obvious reasons.
Any thoughts about how to handle this?

I just got off the phone with Jeffrey Douglas, FSC Board chair and attorney. He said, if you joined FSC as an individual, your websites are not covered. You have to sign up for membership as a company, and pay according to your annual sales volume, the dues for which can be found here:

                    https://www.freespeechcoalition.com/...ypes=Corporate

What you want to make sure is that we have all you D/B/As and URLs. They can be compiled and emailed to [email protected].

If you have any questions, please send them my way and I'll try to get answers, but please understand that I'm overwhelmed with calls and interviews today and probably through the weekend. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
