We actuallyhad this discussion in the office the other day. The consensus here was that handjob and even blowjob was not cheating provided it was done by someone whom you have no love interest in. (i.e. strip club hj). A kiss from someone you have romantic interests in is cheating.
We came to the conclusion cheating really centered on the risk of loss of companionship to the other party. I will add however, this was all guys and in this office we oink alot and have curly tails under our jeans.
