                                                                                                                    I personally HATE the death penalty and I think Texas is a backward state for executing so many people when there is not a single shred of evidence that shows it deters crime. It is also racist. However, I am not going to call someone a murderer for keeping the owth he swore when he was in office.

                                                                                                                                            I remmeber a story my dad used to tell about a kid who was friendly with the troops and would often bring them food, etc. and seemed eager to help out, then one night walked into a hut were some soldiers were with explosives strapped to his chest and took a bunch out with him...this is the type of war they fought...

                                                                                                                                            so, in Kerry's shoes, I might have very well done the same thing
