                              I think what you described is the value of a ** link ** outbound on a PR5 domain.

                              I think the value of a PR5 domain is determined by a couple things above all:

                              1) quality and quantity of traffic already going to that domain
                              2) quality and quantity of inbound links to that domain

                              Somebody could have a PR5 by spamming blogs. That domain won't be nearly worth anywhere near say an old PR5 link list.

                                      Check the link pop.

                                      Even having 100+ in link pop it may not be worth it . I guess that it would really depend on what you are selling. And what it sold before.

                                              You can make $200-$400/mo. selling links on PR5 adult pages with low traffic. Buyers usually want less than 20 links out.

                                              Just run ads at http://linkadage.com and http://findtextlinks.com

                                              I've seen PR5 pages sell anywhere from $350 to $1500. Be carefull buying them. Its very easy to pump up PR by buying links on a site, then dropping them after ist sold. Make sure the backlinks are ones that will remain.
