I figured every class needs one of "those guys" sitting in the back who shoots spitballs at the other kids and makes raspberry noises when the teacher's back is turned. I think they actually
help -- by taking the burden of unwanted conspicuousness off the other kids, and occasionaly providing comic relief.
But, of course, you can't advertise for such a one.
