    Those Sick Underage 'Model' Sites

The Child Pornography Prevention Act of 1996 (CPPA) prohibits "any visual depiction, including any photograph, film, video, picture, or computer or computer-generated image or picture" that "is, or appears to be, of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct," and any sexually explicit image that is "advertised, promoted, presented, described, or distributed in such a manner that conveys the impression" it depicts "a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct.
Thank the FSC for them still being around

I totally forgot about this case they 'won' in the name of 'free speech' until someone reminded me of it on GWW a few minutes ago.

    Regards,

    Lee

I just want to be sure that everyone knows about the ONLY case the FSC has ever won for the adult industry.

It was an important one afterall, in the name of Child Protection, they voted against it.

Nah, i mean afterall, its just 8, 9, 10 and 11 year old girls and boys that get shown on those types of sites, that couldnt have anything to do with adult industry and child protection after all, they are just 'models'

          Regards,

I admire what the FSC is trying to do at the 11th hour (to a certain extent) for the industry, but I dislike that they are requiring people to become members. I think if they are going to do it, that they should be doing it in the name of FREE SPEECH, and not who send their $X amount of money in. I for one am a member, but I do not know for how long... I'm thinking of revoking my own membership and telling them to keep the money and shove it up their asses.
