Yes and then what happens? Back to where we were yesterday. Not to mention the FSC point about complying being a time consuming burden is kaput. They AGREED 10 extra weeks would be enough time to comply.

2) It leaves anyone who is not a paying member to be crucified come June 29th. Some poor fuckers will have their asses handed to them because they didn't pay up to the cause.
And many here don't care. I swear this business has more haters than any other business I've seen. Some come out and say "We need to be united" and as soon as some disagrees with this deal they say "Fuck you, you probably don't make shit. Go work for Mcdonald's". Then they tell OTHER people they need to be more "professional"

3) All of the names will be put on a list. That makes me VERY uncomfortable. Your talking about an industry that eats it's young on a daily basis and will sell out their brother for $29.95 and a re-bill. I trust no one at any time with such a list.
Supposedly the DOJ won't be able to get the list( yeah right ). Even if this is true if they see your site and want to investigate they have to ask to see if your name is on the list before they can investigate the site. So then of course you are and that's fine NOW, but now the DOJ knows you are on the list. What happens in 10 weeks if an injunction fails?
