How can anyone predict, rely on or
"trust" the actions of a loose association of hundreds of thousands of people they've never met, working in hundreds of different government agencies (many of which have conflicting agendas) -- ?
Trust is something you give people you can look in the face, call on the phone and yell at -- and who have otherwise (in a thousand different ways) shown you that they deserve your trust --
