It's legal, and industry oriented.
The porn industry already has enough problems with people thinking we're all CP peddling rejects. Now we're gonna have to deal with people thinking that instead of kids starring in our porn, we recruit them to sell our porn for us?
By you willfully deciding to do something you know you shouldn't be doing, you're potentially causing a lot of problems for a lot of people.
Doesn't really matter to me outside of the potential perception problem this causes for the porn industry. You're not my kid, this isn't my board, I'm not in any way in danger of being screwed legally because of you. But it's really not fair to the people who are responsible and who could be fucked over because of you.
