2 tuna sashimi's
2 shrimp sashimi's
2 yellow tail sashimi's
2 salmon sashimi's
1 octopus sashimi
and a bowl of ginger
and a green tea.
After you eat a piece, eat ginger and sip green tea. Take your time. Eat slow. Enjoy it.
Then when you're done, order more ginger, and 2 unagi sashimi's. Make sure you still have green tea, but don't accept another refill.
Unagi is the desert.
Eat the unagi, and in between each piece, eat the ginger. Take big bites of the ginger and sip green tea. Time it just right so that the last thing you do is eat the last unagi, and drink your last bit of green tea. Then eat one last mouthful of ginger. Tip well.
Then, do it all over again tomorrow.
Then when you come to Cali.. I'll take you to my place.

damn thats exactly what I have like every saturday funny... I dont have unagi as desert though. They do put a lot of syrup over it not sure what it is buts its nice.
I always have the baked omelet sweet sushi as desert. And at least 4 unagis lol. Good to see more ppl like unagi
