    A great example of GOOD customer service ...

    this is an email i sent to a vendor i odered from off of amazon, it is very self explanatory ...

    hello i ordered Mario Puzo's The last don

    i think my order number is #111-111111-11111-1111-111-1

    Anyhow, i watched the movie and the last 20 minutes of movie will not play! It keeps freezing and i cannot make it work.

    very disapointing to sit through this long movie and miss the climax of it all ...

    i dont know what to do.

    no feedback has been left yet, please advise.

                      BTW it only took about 30 minutes before i had a reply from him, i am very impressed at this point and i am currently shopping his store again.

                      when the order is completed i will definately bump this!

                                                                                      Most people are too cheap to take a loss on even one customer.. kinda pitiful, especially in this industry when the cost of giving one member free access is a few bucks in bandwidth.

                                                                                          yep i agree and usually the bandwidth is paid for already in a package deal, so unless you hit your overage it wont cost you a dime.
